We want you to love your planters! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.

 

📦 Return Eligibility

You may return planters if:

- They arrive damaged or defective.

- You received the wrong item.

- You changed your mind (within the allowed timeframe).

- Items must be unused and in original packaging.

- Returns must be initiated within *2 days* of delivery.

 

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within *7–10 business days*.

- If the item is damaged due to customer handling, no refund will be issued.

 

 Return Shipping

- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping.

- For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
