Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) charges will be levied additional as per selected pincode.
Packaging & Handling
- All ceramic planters are securely packed with eco-friendly cushioning to prevent breakage.
Failed Deliveries & Returns
- Courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned and no refund will be issued for refusal or non-collection.
- Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos for claim eligibility.
International Shipping
- Available to select countries. Rates are weight-based and calculated at checkout.
- Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
